Returns & Refunds policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 7 days from the date you buy the hosting.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 7 days from the day on which we receive the Hosting cancelation. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The Hosting were purchased in the last 7 days

• In case you can't afford hosting costs within 7 Days.

The following Hosting cannot be Cancel:

• If the hosting is used more than 7 days

• If the site is get damaged by you with the use of expired, Nulled, Cracked Plugins and Themes.

• If Your domain get expired ( in this case we can replace your hosting plan with new domain of your)

• If You transfer your domain to another hosting Provider

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any Hosting provider that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Refund Hosting

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the hosting to us. You should send the email to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Hosting damaged or lost in return Procedure. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Hosting or proof of received return Hosting.
